Extra Credit Projects and Research assignments for extra points will be assigned at my discretion.

-2nd violation= teacher contacts parents discipline plan to be given out along with
-3rd violation= teacher/student conference syllabus.
-4th violation= teacher/student/parent conference
-5th violation= Team/student/parent conference

- Health & Wellness Sports & Conditioning
- Healthy Decisions Nutrition
- Stress Management Conflict Management
- Mental & Emotional Health Preventing Abuse & Violence
- Body Systems Parenting & Paternal Awareness (PAPA)
- Physical Fitness Drugs
Health Quest Curriculum:
- Unit One: The Journey of Adolescence
- Unit Two: Building Self-confidence & Communication Skills
- Unit Three: Managing Emotions
- Unit Four: Improving Peer Relationships
- Unit Five: Strengthening Family Relationships
- Unit Six: Making Healthy Choices
- Lastly, we will spend 2-3 weeks in the Abstinence Curriculum
- Assessments: Minor and Major Grades
- Minor grade examples are: notes, oral reports, daily work, and projects.
- Major grade examples are: Major projects, Exams, and Notebook.
- No student will be refused to make-up their work if they have fallen behind regardless of reason; as long as they comply with completing their make-up work.
- 1st Semester Avg. 6 weeks 25% 3rd. Six-weeks Average 25%

- Be sitting at your desk when the bell rings
- Put away unnecessary work
- Be Respectful and No Vulgar language
- Restroom Passes will be discretionary and please have medical documentation for medical circumstances.
